In a recent interview with Seth Godin, Guy Kawasaki asked about companies that had created brands by dialoguing with their customers. Unfortunately neither man (both of whom I feel are incredible at knowing markets and marketing) could think of very many. That is unfortunate.
How many of us, as customers wish companies would listen to us? Conversely, how many of our customers wish we would listen to them? Sad to say, the probable answer to both questions is alarming.
